Privacy policy
Effective October 14, 2026
1. What we collect
- Launch list: your email address (required) and a language tag (ko or en).
- Your light or dark screen choice stays in your browser's storage. We use no cookies.
2. What we use it for
- List addresses get three notes only: series launch, book sales opening, tool launch.
3. How long we keep it
- Deleted as soon as you unsubscribe, or one year after the tool launch note.
4. Who processes it for us
- Buttondown (mailing list and sending).
- Vercel Inc. (site hosting).
5. Transfers outside Korea
- What: email address and language tag. To: Buttondown (USA), Vercel Inc. (USA).
- When and how: the moment you send the form, over an encrypted connection.
- How long: as in section 3.
- How to refuse: don't send the form. You then won't get the notes.
6. Your rights
- Ask to see, correct, delete or stop the use of your data at hello@hyeon.app. We act within 10 days and tell you the result.
- Every email has an unsubscribe link that works at once.
7. Children
- We do not collect personal data from anyone under 14.
